Each participant will receive a color hardcopy of the course presentation and a certificate of completion. Each registrant will receive a complete lunch, morning, and afternoon snacks and all-day complimentary beverages.

Payments/Cancellations
Your registration in a class is not guaranteed until payment in full has been received. Payment is due 30 days before the start of a class.
Cancellations received at least 30 calendar days before the start of a class will be 100% refunded. Cancellations less than 30 calendar days before the start of a class will not be refunded. However, students may at their option find their own replacement up to 15 business days prior to the start of the course. Students who fail to show up for a class will not receive a refund. If a student cannot attend their scheduled course, they may transfer their registration to another course of their choosing with no penalty incurred. This transfer must occur 15 business days prior to the start of a course.
We reserve the right to deny admission for any reason permitted by law including, without limitation, the admission of employees of companies that Koch Engineered Solutions deems to be a competitor. All decisions regarding admissions are made without regard to color, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or other legally protected factors. We reserve the right to cancel the registration of a student at our sole discretion. In such event, we will refund the course tuition.

It is the responsibility of each attendee to abide by all such policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidance while attending the event. If an attendee is unable to attend the event and must cancel or postpone their reservation in order to comply with the aforementioned, the company shall endeavor to transfer the reservation to the next available event.
