Our KG-TOWER® software provides customers with the ability to conduct free hydraulic rating evaluations on a wide range of column internals, including: 

• Conventional and high-performance valve trays, sieve trays 
• Conventional and high performance random and structured tower packings 
• PROFLUX® and FLEXIGRID® severe service grid packing 
• Traditional and high-performance DEMISTER® mist eliminators

The integration between the PRO/II and KG-TOWER® software applications eliminates the need for manual transfer of data, which allows you to do a large number of calculations in a very short time and removes the risk of data transfer errors. This utility works only with the version of KG-TOWER® software currently available for download from Koch-Glitsch. Use PRO/II process simulation software to perform rigorous distillation, absorption, and stripping calculations.

Launch the KG-TOWER® utility from the PRO/II menu and:

• Conduct detailed calculations for distillation, absorption, and stripping processes.
• View column liquid and vapor loads.
• Select specific stages for in-depth analysis within the KG-TOWER® software.
• Launch the KG-TOWER® application for comprehensive evaluations.
• Perform hydraulic assessments on Koch-Glitsch trays and packing using the same methodologies employed by our engineers.
